These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain the rules for using usefull.io ("usefull.io", "we", "us"), including our website, waitlist, beta product, dashboard, supported input channels, and related services.

By using the service, joining the waitlist, or accessing beta features, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Beta Status

usefull.io may be offered as an early-access or beta product. Features may change, break, be rate-limited, or be removed while we improve the product. Waitlist signup does not guarantee access, timing, availability, or future pricing.

2. Accounts and Access

• You are responsible for keeping your account access secure.
• We may limit, suspend, or remove access if we detect abuse, security risk, or violation of these Terms.

3. Submitted Content

You may submit links, messages, and related content for processing. You are responsible for having the right to submit that content and for complying with the terms of the platforms where the original content is hosted.

You keep ownership of your content. You grant usefull.io the limited right to process, transform, store, display, and export your submitted content and generated structured results as needed to provide the service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive activity.
• Upload or submit content that violates another person's rights or privacy.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, security controls, or access restrictions.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service.
• Use generated results as a substitute for professional advice where professional review is required.

5. Integrations and Third-Party Services

usefull.io may connect with services such as Instagram, Telegram, Notion, Spotify, Google services, email providers, analytics tools, and other processors. Your use of third-party services remains governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, changes, or errors.

6. Generated Results

Structured outputs may contain mistakes, incomplete fields, or interpretations of the source content. You should review important results before relying on them, publishing them, or exporting them to another system.

7. Plans, Pricing, and Changes

During pre-announce and beta periods, pricing and plan details may not be final. We may introduce, change, or remove free or paid plans later. If paid functionality is introduced, material pricing terms will be presented before you are charged.
