What content types does usefull.io support?
Recipes (ingredients and steps), Music (artist and track, with Spotify links), Places (name and address, with Google Maps links), Movies and series, Books, Products, Events (name, date, venue), Software and tools, Workouts and Life hacks. Each type gets its own structured card; anything else is kept as a general note.
How do I send content in?
Share a Reel, post or TikTok to @usefull_io via Instagram Direct Message, or send any Reel, TikTok or YouTube link to our Telegram bot (@usefull_io_bot). Most saves are ready in under a minute: the card appears in your library and the bot confirms it. In Telegram you can also ask about your library in plain words, like "that pasta recipe from last week".
Is my data private?
Yes. Your library is private to you. We don't share or sell your data or use it to train AI models. Downloaded videos are deleted automatically after processing — we keep only the structured result and a thumbnail. Want a copy of your data or your account deleted? Ask through the Telegram bot and we will do it.
Where does my data get exported to?
Today: everything lives in your usefull.io library, organized by category. Music includes direct Spotify links; places include Google Maps links with checked addresses and ratings. Later: Spotify playlists, Google Maps lists and calendar events (planned).
How does it know what type of content it is?
Our AI reads the video, audio and caption together to classify each save into one of our content types, then pulls the fields that matter for that type. In a list Reel — "10 places in Barcelona" or "5 albums for Sunday" — every item becomes its own entry, linked back to the post it came from.
Can I use my library in ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes. Add usefull.io as a custom connector in ChatGPT or Claude, sign in and approve read-only access. The assistant can then search your saved cards and open their details, but it can't add, change or delete anything. Access lasts for a limited time, and you can disconnect it in your profile at any moment. Custom connectors are available on the web on ChatGPT and Claude plans that support them.
What happens after the beta cohort fills?
We will keep the first beta cohort intentionally small so onboarding, imports, and exports stay reliable. If the first group fills, join the waitlist anyway — we will invite the next batch as soon as capacity opens.
When will usefull.io launch?
We're currently in early access. Join the waitlist and you'll be among the first to try it. Waitlist members get early features, a tighter feedback loop, and a chance to shape what launches first.
