"Watch later" is not a notebook
Shorts are quick to watch and slow to reuse: to cook the salad you have to find the video, pause it and write the ingredients down. usefull.io does that part for you.
What works well
Recipes are the most common YouTube saves in our own library — salads, fish in the oven, quick breakfasts — and each one becomes a recipe with ingredients and steps. Workouts, life hacks and tool recommendations work the same way.
Limits
Private, age-restricted or region-locked videos can't be read. Very long videos take longer to process than Shorts.
Questions
Can I paste a YouTube link in the demo on the homepage?
Yes. The demo accepts Instagram, TikTok and YouTube links.
Does usefull.io download YouTube videos?
No. It extracts the useful information from the video and keeps the original link; it is not a downloader.
